Stop it with the inner/outer thigh machine. You can do better.
If you’re like me, one of your “trouble” areas is your inner thighs. While it’s really difficult to target fat loss – you can always target muscle gain in any one area, which will help that area appear leaner/more tone.
Below 90 degree squat pulse to plank. Pretend you are a baby. Like this one. It's Layla (my niece). I love her.

Now mix that with Beyonce – give it a little bounce.
After 4 bounces/pulses (these should be lower than beyonce - get your diva on!!), hop back to plank position then immediately back to your baby beyonce booty bounces < that just happened.

Lunges can be done every which way - and that's why I like them! They never really get old. Some of my favorites:
- Walking lunges (use heavy weights!)
- Jumping lunges (in lunge position - jump to switch legs)
- "Clock" lunges - Step forward (normal lunge) then return to stand, step 45 degrees to right then return to stand, step to right (okokok this is a squat :) I snuck it in there).... keep going all the way until you're at "6 o clock" - then do the other side. Watch this bearded man do it:
Sumo squat. Stand with your feet very wide and toes pointed out. Holding a heavy weight (at least 15lb) lower yourself to the ground into a squat, keeping your head/chest up and your back straight. Bend your knees. If you're not feeling it in your inner thighs you're either a) not going low enough b) haven't done enough reps c) not holding enough weight d) you're a greek god.
My advice? Do these 3 exercises in a circuit – 10 bbbbs, 20 lunges, 20 sumo squats. Repeat x 3.
