If you’re like me, one of your “trouble” areas is your inner thighs. While it’s really difficult to target fat loss – you can always target muscle gain in any one area, which will help that area appear leaner/more tone.

Lunges can be done every which way - and that's why I like them! They never really get old. Some of my favorites:
- Walking lunges (use heavy weights!)
- Jumping lunges (in lunge position - jump to switch legs)
- "Clock" lunges - Step forward (normal lunge) then return to stand, step 45 degrees to right then return to stand, step to right (okokok this is a squat :) I snuck it in there).... keep going all the way until you're at "6 o clock" - then do the other side. Watch this bearded man do it:
My advice? Do these 3 exercises in a circuit – 10 bbbbs, 20 lunges, 20 sumo squats. Repeat x 3.
